With over 27 years experience creating and presenting educational and training programs, I can assist you develop purposeful and intentional training curriculum. Additionally, I can provide course instruction related to police practices, use of force, and firearms.
I have experience overseeing and managing police academies, instructional design and delivery, instructor assessment, and training program assessments. I have developed and deployed training for basic academy and in-service training, to international training organizations such as the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.
I am also open to working with organizations to deliver law enforcement training nationally and internationally.

Firearms instructor, instructor recertification, and end user courses involving the use of handguns, patrol rifles, shotguns, and sub-machine guns.
Use of force instructor update, in-service, and basic academy training including de-escalation, and duty to intervene.
Tactical team instruction to include team tactics (e.g., active shooter, barricades, high-risk warrant services, hostage rescue), and less lethal weapons such as chemical agents, kinetic impact projectiles, and noise flash diversion devices.
Patrol intermediate weapons including Taser (Axon) devices and oleoresin capsicum (pepper spray) aerosol devices.
